Immature Aesthetics teaches injectors privately, one to one, in the treatment room. No classroom, no cohort, no watching from the back. The trainee observes, then injects, under supervision, on real models with real faces.

MORNING
Anatomy review, product, dosing, mapping, and the plan for each model.

OBSERVATION
The trainee watches a full treatment, start to finish, with narration.

HANDS ON
The trainee treats several models under direct supervision.

AFTER
Charting, aftercare, complication recognition, and what to do at two weeks.

Pricing, positioning, consultation, client experience, content, retention, and the systems behind a successful aesthetics practice.
PROGRAMS
Foundations of Aesthetic Neurotoxin Medicine.
A full day on the upper face, lower face and neck, with a written course that runs to ten modules on the science, the anatomy and the technique.
Injectable Fillers: Facial Shaping and Contouring.
Built around the areas each injector wants to master: temples, under eye, cheeks, chin, nose, jawline, hands and full face contouring, with hyaluronic acid filler and biostimulators compared for each. Inquire to plan your program.
Lip Augmentation with Hyaluronic Acid Fillers.
A full day on lips only, for injectors who already hold a neurotoxin foundation: anatomy, vascular safety, cannula and needle, difficult lips, and dissolving hands on.
Custom mentorship.
For working injectors who want to add an advanced area: masseter, Nefertiti lift, non surgical rhinoplasty, temples, or corrections.
WHO IT IS FOR
Licensed RNs, NPs, PAs and physicians in New York. Trainees must hold an active license and their own malpractice cover, and practice under an appropriate collaborating physician. Immature Aesthetics does not train non clinicians.
MENTORSHIP
Immature mentorships bridge the gap between foundational training and confident, independent practice. Each session is highly individualized, combining hands-on experience, real patient assessment, treatment planning, technique, safety, and the practical realities of working as an injector.
Learn how to assess a patient and identify what actually matters. Learn how to choose a product, dose, or technique with intention. How to adapt when anatomy does not look like the textbook. How to recognize when the best treatment is less treatment, a different treatment, or no treatment at all.
Each mentorship day is private, immersive, and tailored to the individual injector. Sessions span six to twelve hours depending on your experience, goals, and area of focus. The day is structured around your goals, with real patient assessment, treatment planning, and supervised hands-on injecting integrated throughout. You inject under close guidance, with time built in for demonstration, correction, discussion, and reassessment. The goal is to strengthen technique, deepen clinical understanding, and build the confidence to make thoughtful decisions independently.
