10 · NON SURGICAL RHINOPLASTY
Non surgical rhinoplasty.
Hyaluronic acid filler placed along the nose to smooth a dorsal hump, lift a dropped tip or correct asymmetry, without surgery. The nose stays the same size. It is the profile that changes.

What is non surgical rhinoplasty?
A precise, non surgical refinement of the nasal profile using hyaluronic acid filler. Small, measured amounts are placed along the dorsum, radix and tip to camouflage a dorsal hump, support a drooping tip and improve symmetry. Nothing is removed. Proportion is restored by adding structure where the anatomy allows it.
A dorsal hump, a low radix, a drooping or under projected tip, mild deviation and asymmetry, and selected irregularities after surgical rhinoplasty, assessed case by case. It does not reduce the size of the nose and does not treat breathing concerns.
Every treatment begins with an assessment of the nose in relation to the forehead, lips and chin, including the nasofrontal and nasolabial angles. Filler is placed deep along the midline, close to bone and cartilage, in small increments with constant monitoring. Treatment takes 15 to 30 minutes with topical numbing. Only hyaluronic acid filler is used, because it is reversible.
The nose is one of the most vascular areas of the face, supplied by branches of the angular, dorsal nasal and lateral nasal arteries. Safe treatment depends on detailed knowledge of this anatomy, conservative volumes and correct depth. Neala, RN has 10 years of injecting experience and a clinical background in emergency and Level I trauma nursing, where early recognition of complications is routine.
Neala, RN trained for two years alongside a plastic surgeon specializing in rhinoplasty, so her approach to the nose is grounded in surgical anatomy. She has completed advanced injection training in Canada, the United States and London. Every appointment is one on one in a private suite, and begins with a consultation.
Mild swelling and tenderness for a few days, with occasional bruising. The change in profile is visible right away and settles over two weeks, when your review takes place. Results typically last 9 to 18 months, varying by patient.
Avoid alcohol, fish oil and blood thinning supplements for 48 hours before, but never stop a prescribed medication. Tell us about any previous nasal surgery, filler or thread treatment.
No glasses resting on the bridge, no pressure on the nose and no strenuous exercise for the period given at your visit. Contact the clinic right away if you notice skin blanching, increasing pain or a change in color around the nose.
